• WH Partners operates in an environmentally friendly (eco) building – all of our employees aim to promote an environmentally aware attitude in the work-place, namely by following the three Rs – reduce, re-use and recycle. We achieve this by recycling material, avoiding excessive printing, and by sending emails rather than paper mail.
  • Work ethics and compliance – we aim to foster trusting relationships among WH and its clients; to maintain a high degree of responsibility of all partners, associates and other professionals to perform their work in an open, honest and ethical manner. WH is conscious of its obligations to comply with all relevant legislation affecting its work performance. It has implemented compliance policies, procedures and risk management programs, including an education and training program for employees on areas of law relevant to their work. All other compliance matters are reported to and monitored by our Head of Operations and/or our Money Laundering Reporting Officer.

  • Involvements in the community – apart from creating jobs, we also recognise the responsibility to help the community by donating to charitable organisations, awarding grants to various foundations, sponsoring activities in the Arts, such as exhibitions by up-and-coming artists, and by sponsoring activities and events related to our line of work, namely by law student organisations in Malta such as the Junior Chamber of Advocates (JCA), the European Law Students Association (ELSA), and Ghaqda Studenti tal-Ligi (GHSL).
