2.0          Objective of the Role

 

We are looking for a skilled HR Executive to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.

 

The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources management, including job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development and talent management.

 

3.0          Main Responsibilities

Tasks:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, initiatives and policies aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Support current and future business needs through the development of staff, including training programs, conferences and memberships
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program

 

 

To perform any other duty that may be assigned by the Employer from time to time

 

4.0          Knowledge, skills and experience

 

  • Good standard of education
  • Good written, and verbal English
  • 3 years experience in a similar position
  • Conversant with MS office applications
  • Very good time management skills
  • Able to interact cordially, with respect and dignity with other colleagues
  • Own car and valid driving licence
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
  • University Degree, or equivalent
