Ramona Azzopardi and Rachel Vella Baldacchino contributed to the recently released book on blockchain regulation in Malta, “DLT Malta: Thoughts From The Blockchain Island”.

The WH Partners lawyers authored the fifth chapter of the book “Tax Me or Tax Me Not?”, that gives valuable insights into tax treatment of cryptoassets.

With a Foreword by the Prime Minister, and the Parliamentary Secretary for Financial Services, Digital Economy and Innovation, the book discusses Blockchain thinking by one of the world's pioneering jursidctions in the field of Distributed Ledger Technology and its myriad potential applications. The book is edited by Patrick L Young and Joseph Anthony Debono.
