WH Partners was recently engaged to be in a team of international law firms assisting the sellers in connection with the sale of all shares in Dumarca Holdings PLC, the Malta-based parent company of the Vera&John Group, to Canadian The Intertain Group Limited for a maximum consideration of EUR 89.1 million. The consideration was paid partly in cash and partly with shares in The Intertain Group.

The lead legal advisor to the sellers was law firm Törngren Magnell of Stockholm, Sweden, who coordinated the team of international law firms, which also included law firm McCarthy Tétrault of Canada.

Vera&John is a leading, fully-integrated global online casino, operating in 11 countries globally under three core brands: Vera&John, Vera&Juan and Vera&John Social.

The Intertain Group is an online gaming company that provides entertainment to a global consumer base by offering casino, bingo and poker games using the InterCasino, InterPoker, Costa and other brands. The shares of The Intertain Group are listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
