Support

One of the firm’s Partners acts as the head of our Traineeship Programme. He will be your main point of contact for any queries or problems. You are encouraged to seek his guidance on any matter. During your rotation in a given practice area you will have a dotted reporting line to the Partner or Senior Manager heading that area and you will work alongside other members of that practice area. You will share office space with partners or senior associates, the intention being for you to learn from them and get used to different working styles.

Regular Feedback

At the end of every rotation an evaluation meeting will be held with Partner responsible for Trainees and the Partner heading the practice area in which you’ve finished your rotation. This evaluation is intended to provide you with feedback on your work, areas for improvement, your involvement in the practice area and to further identify your strengths. It is also an opportunity to discuss difficulties you may have experienced and for you to provide feedback about our firm.
