About Us

In 2006, Olga Finkel founded a law firm called WH Law. In 2012, WH Partners was established when James Scicluna and Olga Finkel joined forces, driven by a shared vision of a modern, multidisciplinary practice. Their goal was to deliver world-class legal advice, implement top-tier practice management, and serve clients in specialised areas where their lawyers possessed deep expertise. The founders were also keen to foster diversity, global openness, and to invest in training the next generation of lawyers.
Since the inception of WH Partners in 2012, we have grown from 6 lawyers and 2 support staff to a team of over 100 professionals across offices in Malta, Italy, and Romania, and desks in Poland, and Dubai. Our law firm and its associated entities collectively bring together lawyers, tax accountants, corporate service professionals, and additional support staff.
