Associate Lawyer – Private Clients
Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking to recruit an Associate to join our Private Clients team.
The Job
As an Associate within our Private Clients team, you will be expected to handle a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Advise and assist international clients on immigration matters, including work permits, residence permits, citizenship and residence applications and compliance with regulatory requirements;
- Provide legal advice and support on trusts, foundations and other private wealth structures, including formation, administration and regulatory compliance;
- Conduct legal research and provide timely updates on changes in Maltese laws and regulations affecting private clients.;
- Liaise with clients, government authorities and other stakeholders professionally and efficiently;
- Work closely with senior lawyers to develop and implement client strategies;
- Promoting a collaborative, team-oriented environment in line with the Firm’s core values.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Degree in Law;
- A minimum of three years’ experience working in the private clients sector;
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English;
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines independently.
