Associate
We are currently seeking to recruit an Associate to join our team in Bucharest, Romania.
The Job
The person occupying this position will:
- Provide legal advice and business expertise to clients as requested by the Firm in relation to corporate, regulatory, employment, intellectual property and transactional matters
- Assist with regulatory advice on licensing applications and on-going compliance obligations of regulated entities
- Draft and review legal opinions, agreements, policies & procedures
- Mentor junior lawyers and review/oversee their work and help them develop their career
Requirements
The ideal candidate for this job should have a degree in law and be a member of the Bar.
