HR Administrator

We are seeking to recruit a Human Resources Administrator to join our team. As an HR Administrator, the candidate will play a vital role within the human resources team, closely collaborating with the Head of Human Resources.
The Job
Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting in the recruitment process including sourcing and screening of profiles, coordinating interview appointments and following up post-interviews 
  • Assisting with the onboarding and offboarding processes including employee orientation
  • Maintaining accurate physical and digital employee records and personnel files in compliance with Data Protection regulations 
  • Assist with the planning and organization of training, handling training applications and managing training records
  • Support the performance management processes, preparing data and reports, and scheduling meetings as required 
  • Assist with administration tasks related to Health and Safety duties
  • Contribute towards the general maintenance of well-being across the office
  • Prepare reports and other documentation as needed
  • Managing HR correspondence, such as offer letters, termination notices, and memos.
  • Respond to inquiries from employees and other stakeholders
  • Assisting with any other Ad-hoc HR duties as needed 
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills
  • A Diploma level of education in HR or related field;
  • At least two years’ of experience working in an HR function;
  • Strong organisational and communication skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; and
  • Excellent communication skills
