Licensing & Regulatory Executive
Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking to recruit an Executive to assist with the provision of compliance and licensing services to clients within the Gaming and Gambling industry.
The Job
As an Executive within our Licensing and Regulatory team, you will be expected to handle a wide range of related responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Acting as a key contributor within the Firm’s Practice Group by sharing knowledge and experience in areas of licensing and regulatory with the Firm’s partners and employees;
- Offering advisory services and support related to licensing obligations across multiple European jurisdictions;
- Assisting licensing applications, renewals, and jurisdictional approvals;
- Maintaining relationships with gaming authorities and regulators;
- Ongoing compliance and regulatory requirements within Gaming and Gambling and other regulated industries;
- Liaising with local and international regulatory authorities on behalf of clients, and preparing and submitting applications;
- Monitoring developments in Maltese and EU legislation and advising clients accordingly of any relevant changes;
- Assisting in the preparation of compliance documentation for audits and inspections;
- Promoting a collaborative, team-oriented environment in line with the Firm’s core values.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher;
- A minimum of two years’ experience in licensing and regulatory areas of work;
- Strong understanding of Maltese licensing regulations;
- Proficiency with legal and compliance documentation;
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both Maltese and English;
- The ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and meet tight deadlines effectively.
