Secretary/Assistant
As a Secretary of the Rome office, the selected candidate will provide vital support to ensure smooth daily operations and assist legal professionals by handling administrative tasks, document preparation, communication, and organisation.


The Job
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Handling calls and redirecting them when necessary
- Interacting with clients at reception
- Checking frequently the levels of office supplies and placing appropriate orders
- Planning and management of the agenda, events, appointments and travel
- Preparing and disseminating correspondence
- Coordinating and supporting communication activities
- Drafting, editing, collating various types of documents at the request of professionals
- Administrative and basic accountancy activities using management software
Requirements
The ideal candidate for this job should have:
- Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma
- Minimum experience in the role or similar activities
- Italian and English proficiency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and priority management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure
- Microsoft Office skills
