Senior Associate

We are seeking to recruit Senior Associates reporting directly to the Head of our Company/Commercial practice. 

The Job

Successful candidates will be required to advise our clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters including corporate mergers, asset and share sales and acquisitions, corporate finance, joint ventures and commercial contracts. The role will suit driven, confident candidates with a sense of commercial awareness and demonstrable skills in corporate and commercial law, who want to develop and thrive within an exciting and internationally focused team.


The ideal candidates for this job should have:

  • a first degree;
  • a licence to practice law;
  • a minimum of five years’ post-qualification experience; and
  • experience in advising on complex corporate and commercial matters.

Any of the following will be considered to be an asset:

  • a post-graduate degree (Masters or similar) from a reputable University;
  • advanced working knowledge of another language besides English;
  • experience working on a wide-range of corporate transactions, ideally on high-value cross-border M&A transactions;
  • experience advising on intellectual property matters (contentious and non-contentious);
  • experience of advising on financial services or gaming regulation; or
  • experience of advising on competition law matters, including merger control filings.
