KSU Quiz Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the quiz competition (the “Competition”) organised by WH Partners, a partnership established under the laws of Malta (the “Organiser”).

By participating in the Competition, participants (“You”, “Your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. The Competition

This Competition is designed to test the knowledge of aspiring students. You will have the opportunity to answer a quiz consisting of five (5) multiple choice questions to enter the chance to win Apple Airpods Pro 3 or a 13-inch iPad.

3. Eligibility

The Competition is open to individuals aged 18 or over who are currently enrolled as students at the University of Malta. 

4. How to Enter

To enter the competition, you must follow us on Facebook and Instagram, like the giveaway post, comment two areas you’re most interested in, tag two friends, and visit our stand at the KSU Careers Expo to scan the QR code and complete a short quiz.

The giveaway will be open from 9^th March 2025 to 11^th March 2026, during the KSU Careers Expo 2026.

You are only allowed to participate in the quiz once. Multiple entries from the same individual using different email addresses will result in disqualification.

The organiser reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time during the Competition.

5. Rules of the Competition

The quiz consists of six (6) questions regarding your personal information and five (5) multiple choice questions. 

You must answer all eleven (11) questions to be eligible to enter the prize draw.

6. Prize Draw and Notification

Participants who meet the eligibility and quiz requirements will automatically be entered into the prize draw.

Two (2) participants will be selected at random using a random number generator from all the participants who have entered the prize draw (the “Winners”).

Winners will be notified via email within 7 days from the closing date of the competition.

If a winner does not respond within 7 days from notification, the organiser reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Prize

The first winner selected from the prize draw will win Apple Airpods Pro 3.

The second winner selected from the prize draw will a 13-inch iPad Air.

8. Privacy

The organiser will only process your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Notice.

9. Disclaimers

There are no prizes for participating in the quiz and the prize of the Competition is as stated in section 7 above.

The winners of the competition will be contacted by the organiser and informed on how to collect the prize.

The organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.

The organiser’s decision in all matters related to the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
