The reasons for such postponement include the additional time required by ADM to carry out all necessary cross-checks on the applications involving interaction with other competent governmental agencies, certain technical issues experienced on the CONSIP portal – where all the application-related documentation must be uploaded – and, last, but not least, the traditional business slowdown coinciding with the August recess and the related staffing shortages.
