The GCGRA will now focus on issuing licences to integrated resorts, starting from Wynn in Ras Al Khaimah and set up a limited framework for online gambling. It seems, that the UAE Lottery, just like other gaming operators to be licenced in the near future, will be able to offer their services to UAE tourists and residents but not to Emirati citizens.”
