WH Partners advises Lottomatica on all Maltese law aspects of its acquisition of SKS365

WH Partners wishes to congratulate Lottomatica Group S.p.A. (“Lottomatica”) on completing its acquistion of SKS365 Malta Holdings Limited (“SKS365”). A WH Partners’ team including James Scicluna, Robert Skalina and Christina Gingell advised Lottomatica on all Maltese company law, gaming law, and commercial law matters, and a team including Ramona Cassar Azzopardi advised on immediate post-closing taxation matters. WH Partners worked closely throughout with lead counsel Sidley’s team including Ramy Wahbeh and Filippo Durazzo. The transaction values SKS365 at an enterprise value of €639 million.
