Andrea Sticca
Andrea is an Italian lawyer specialising in employment law, with a long and consolidated experience gained alongside companies, public administrations, and private clients.
Throughout his career, Andrea has successfully handled complex employment litigation, individual and collective conciliation procedures, as well as the drafting, reviewing, and negotiation of employment contracts and strategic commercial agreements.
He is admitted to practice before the Italian Supreme Court (Corte di Cassazione).
His work focuses on legal and strategic advisory for businesses, supporting companies and organisations in the development, protection, and enhancement of their human capital: from ongoing compliance, managing employment relationships, employee incentive plans to disciplinary procedures, from internal reorganisation plans to corporate risk-mitigation processes.
