Aniket Gupta

Aniket is an Associate Chartered Accountant registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, who graduated with Master of Laws in International Taxation from King’s College London as well as the Advanced Diploma in International Taxation offered globally by the UK-based Chartered Institute of Taxation, with particular focus on International and EU direct taxation.

With over 7 years of experience in multiple tax jurisdictions, Aniket has extensive experience in the international tax advisory field, with a particular focus on the OECD BEPS action plans. Aniket’s role encompasses handling technical matters on a wide range of direct tax issues, ranging from business restructuring to achieve maximum tax optimization to managing tax risks on group-wide level.

Prior to joining WH Partners, Aniket was working as direct tax consultant in of mid-sized firm based in India, one of the Big 4 firms. Subsequently, he moved to international tax advisory department in one of the Big 4 firms based in Malta, where he used to provide direct tax advisory services to entities operating in different industries including financing, aviation, gaming, trustee and other professional services, and investment vehicles.
