Brooke Agius

Brooke holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree from the University of Malta, where her dissertation—“Defamation vs Freedom of Speech: An Examination of the Boundaries of Free Expression in the Context of Protecting Individual Reputation”—examined the balance between individual rights and freedom of expression. She has recently completed her Master of Advocacy degree at the University of Malta.

At WH Partners, Brooke has gained practical experience in corporate and commercial law, as well as competition law, and continues to build her legal practice with a focus on advising businesses on a range of commercial and regulatory matters.
