Chantelle is a junior associate, keenly interested in company law, commercial transactions, and employment matters.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree, with her dissertation titled “The Role of Directors and Insolvency Practitioners in Balancing Stakeholder Interests under the Pre-Insolvency Act.”
She has achieved her master’s degree in advocacy at the University of Malta.
At WH Partners, she initially gained experience within the tax team and later worked with the gaming and gambling team, focusing primarily on data protection. She currently works within the company and commercial department, assisting with M&A transactions, legal due diligence, employment matters, and drafting commercial agreements.
She also served as the Public Relations Officer within the Gozo University Group.
