Christina is a managing associate in WH Partners’ Corporate/Commercial team. She is principally a transactional lawyer, focusing her practice on corporate and commercial matters, mergers and acquisitions with a special interest in employment law matters and yachting.
Christina Gingell is a corporate, commercial, and employment lawyer with extensive expertise in guiding clients through a broad spectrum of corporate transactions. She excels in advising on mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring, and complex cross-border deals principally in the innovative technology and gaming industries.
In addition to corporate and commercial work, Christina is well-versed in employment law, providing companies with guidance on employment contracts, workplace policies, and workforce management strategies. Her expertise helps organisations navigate legal challenges related to labor laws.
She is also experienced in maritime matters, with a focus on yachting registrations, transactions, and structuring.
Before joining WH Partners, Christina was a key member of a boutique law firm, where she supported clients on various legal aspects, including corporate and commercial work, corporate governance, and employment law.
Christina holds an LL.D and an LL.B from the University of Malta and was admitted to the Bar of Malta in 2015.
Christina is a member of the Chamber of Advocates.
