David Magri is the Head of Corporate Services and joined WH Partners in 2018.

David has over 20 years of experience in the fiduciary and corporate services industry previously working with industry leaders in this sector. His expertise lies in the setup and administration of Maltese and international entities, including companies, trusts, and foundations. He has been appointed as board member and acted as company secretary for several entities within various industries.  

He joined WH Partners in 2018 and heads the corporate services team dealing primarily with the registration of entities, general secretarial and administration, accounting, tax and VAT compliance, opening of accounts with banks and financial institutions, liquidations, and compliance-related matters. David also manages the fiduciary services team in the administration of trusts and foundations. 

David graduated with a master’s degree in European Studies from the University of Malta and is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and the Institute for Financial Practitioners (IFSP).

Assisting with the formation and administration of the first Societas Europaea in Malta, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring compliance with all statutory obligations.
Acting as company secretary for over a hundred companies in Malta and ensuring that all companies remain compliant with all obligations under the Companies Act
Assisting and advising hundreds of clients on the formation of entities in Malta and internationally, drafting of Memorandum and Articles of Association and ensuring compliance with applicable requirements in various jurisdictions
Assisting with the registration with the Malta Business Registry and Commissioner for Voluntary Organisations of a non-profit public purpose foundation and acting as board member, specifically in the role as Secretary
