Emma is a junior associate who joined the firm as a trainee lawyer in the summer of 2023.
At WH Partners, Emma is a Junior Associate practicing in the fields of intellectual property, data protection and technology law. She graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Malta in 2023 after publishing her dissertation titled “The Legal Applicability of Copyright and Personality Rights in Relation to Tattoos” where she explored the extent of copyright protection awarded to tattoos, and the implications it has for artists, clients, and the wider art community. She also graduated with a Master of Advocacy degree at the University of Malta and was admitted to the Maltese Bar in July 2025.
