Ewa is a Polish attorney at law, who heads our Polish Desk as part of a strategic partnership under the WH Partners brand with Izabella Żyglicka and Partners, a very well reputed full-service law firm in Poland.

Ewa Lejman is a Polish attorney-at-law and tax adviser specialising in gaming, digital entertainment and regulatory matters, with particular focus on monetisation models, virtual economies and evolving legal frameworks affecting the gaming sector. She advises gaming, technology and international businesses on regulatory compliance, digital assets, consumer protection and complex legal issues arising at the intersection of video games and gambling regulation, including loot boxes and related monetisation mechanics.

Ewa has extensive experience in cross-border legal projects and regularly advises international clients operating in Poland and across the CEE region. She supports investors, founders and international businesses on regulatory, corporate and transactional matters, including M&A projects and market entry strategies.

In 2026, she was recognised among the Top 100 Most Influential People in Gaming by iGaming Polska for her contribution to the growth and development of the gaming industry, particularly within the Polish market. She is also a yearly contributing author to the gambling chapter of the ICLG publication and chaired the Gaming Law Summit held in Berlin in 2025.

She is a member of the International Masters of Gaming Law (IMGL) and the New York State Bar Association. Ewa also heads WH Partners’ Polish Desk and has significant experience advising international clients in the gaming and digital sectors.
