Fabrizio Speranza leads WH Partners’ Italian Desk and Dubai Desk.

He is an avvocato in Italy and he practiced as a European Registered Lawyer in Malta since 2013.

Fabrizio regularly advises on company law, corporate and commercial matters, private client matters, trusts and foundations, as well as compliance and AML.

He is featured in the editorial text for the Private Client practice area in Malta in The Legal 500 EMEA 2022 edition, where WH Partners is ranked Tier 1.

Throughout his distinguished career, Fabrizio has worked both in private practice and in-house for international leading brands such as Vodafone and DHL International.

Fabrizio obtained his law degree from the University of Siena, where he completed a thesis on Money Laundering, and qualified as an Attorney at Law in 1997. He furthered his studies and expertise at the Alma Laboris Business School in Rome, obtaining a Diploma in Corporate & Business Law.

He is a member of both the Italian Advocates Bar (Livorno Chapter) and Malta’s Chamber of Advocates, as well as a member of STEP (The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) and a professional member of ICA (International Compliance Association).

Assisting a Swiss company managing care homes for the elderly, in the establishment of a Maltese corporate structure suitable for the securitisation of assets and related private issues of financial securities to finance real estate projects in other EU jurisdictions
