Fabrizio Speranza leads WH Partners’ Italian Desk and co-heads the UAE operations of WHP Corporate Services Provider in Dubai.
He is an avvocato in Italy and has been practising as a European Registered Lawyer in Malta since 2013.
Fabrizio regularly advises on company law, corporate and commercial matters, private client matters, trusts and foundations, as well as compliance and AML.
Throughout his distinguished career, Fabrizio has worked both in private practice and in-house for international leading brands such as Vodafone and DHL International.
Fabrizio obtained his law degree from the University of Siena, where he completed a thesis on Money Laundering, and qualified as an Attorney at Law in 1997. He furthered his studies and expertise at the Alma Laboris Business School in Rome, obtaining a Diploma in Corporate & Business Law.
He is a member of both the Italian Advocates Bar (Livorno Chapter) and Malta’s Chamber of Advocates, as well as a member of STEP (The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) and a professional member of ICA (International Compliance Association). He is admitted to practice before the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) Courts.
