Irina Corcoveanu

She is an experienced corporate lawyer who has dealt with sensitive competition matters in Romania and the EU for almost 15 years. She specialises in national and European competition law and has assisted companies in various fields such as telecom, retail, FMCG, production and distribution of EEE, transport, gambling, and online commerce.

Irina provides support in transactions subject to the procedure of controlling economic concentrations or foreign direct investments (FDI). She also regularly provides complete programs of compliance with competition rules and specific monitoring and auditing activities.

Irina is as member of the Bucharest Bar.
