Isaac James Camilleri
Isaac James Camilleri is a Trainee Lawyer at WH Partners with a strong interest in FinTech and Financial Services Regulation.
Isaac holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) degree from the University of Malta, having graduated in 2024. His dissertation titled: “The Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation: A Critical Analysis of Electronic Money Issuers” primarily examined the legal frameworks concerning electronic money, the regulation of electronic money issuers, and the concept of significance under the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation.
Prior to joining WH Partners, Isaac gained practical experience at the Malta Financial Services Authority, where he worked within the FinTech Supervision function. This role provided him with valuable insight into the regulatory landscape and direct exposure to the FinTech sector through the lens of the regulator.
Isaac is currently reading for a Master in Advocacy at the University of Malta.
