Jessica is a Senior Associate in WH Partners’ Corporate/Commercial team. She is principally a transactional lawyer, focusing her practice on corporate and commercial matters, with a special interest in gaming law related matters.
Jessica is a corporate and commercial lawyer at WH Partners, with a passion for helping businesses navigate complex legal landscapes. She specializes in corporate transactions, both local and cross-border, and advises on various commercial matters. Jessica has represented both private and public companies, including those listed regulated markets.
Her legal journey began at the University of Malta, where she earned a Master of Advocacy degree in 2021 and was admitted to the Maltese Bar in 2022. While at university, Jessica was an active member within the Malta Law Students’ Society, serving first as External Relations Officer and later as Secretary General.
Jessica joined WH Partners in 2019 as a trainee lawyer.
