Katarzyna is part of the Polish desk at WH Partners. She's an attorney at law experienced in business, focused on international business transactions. Already in the course of her studies, she completed a 2-year Comparative Law Course conducted by Nicolaus Copernicus University in cooperation with Cambridge, Oxford and Harvard Universities.
Since the beginning of her career, she has been involved in corporate services for companies with foreign capital (both EU and non-EU) and trans-border transactions. She introduces foreign companies to the Polish market, advises on international business transactions, especially in the areas of HR, immigration law, commercial contracts, data protection and Compliance. In her current domestic practice she specializes in litigation related to labor law, social security and business contract claims.
Katarzyna obtained an LLM in International Commercial Law from Koźmiński University in Warsaw and a certified title of Compliance Officer. Katarzyna is a part of the Ally Law- Future Young Leaders project, which brings together young lawyers from around the world, who are active in the field of international law.
