Luke Bonnici

Luke Bonnici is a Tax Associate at WH Partners, where he advises private and corporate clients on a broad range of domestic and international tax matters.
Luke’s areas of focus include cross-border tax planning, corporate restructurings, international mobility, and tax compliance, with particular emphasis on Maltese direct and indirect taxation, international tax law, transfer pricing, and DAC6.
Luke was admitted to the Maltese Bar in 2025. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Master of Advocacy from the University of Malta and is currently reading for an LL.M. in International Tax Law at King’s College London. He also holds an Award in Taxation from the Malta Institute of Taxation.
