Mary Anne Inguanez
Mary Anne Inguanez has over twenty years of experience within the taxation field. She leads the direct tax compliance team at WH Partners, working closely with the tax advisory practice to ensure a coordinated approach to clients’ tax needs.
Prior to joining WH Partners in 2026, she worked for some time in the tax department of one of the Big Four audit firms before moving to a Corporate Service Provider firm during which period she obtained considerable experience in corporate taxation with main focus on international clients as well as personal tax compliance, employment issues including fringe benefits and social security contributions, capital gains, indirect taxation and liquidations within various industries including financial institutions, yachting and investment entities.
Apart from her experience in local and international tax matters she assists clients in tax negotiations and obtaining advance revenue rulings from the tax authorities.
Mary Anne obtained a first degree in Accounting from the University of Malta in 2004 and a Diploma in Taxation awarded by the Malta Institute of Taxation in 2007. She has a practicing accounting warrant since 2009. She is a member of the Malta Institute of Accountants and a member of the Malta Institute of Taxation.
