Massimo is a partner of WH Partners Italy. He is a white-collar crime, criminal-tax and commercial lawyer with over twenty years of experience. He is admitted to practice before the Italian Supreme Court.
Massimo holds cross-disciplinary expertise in the practice areas of white-collar crimes, criminal tax and commercial law. He deals with criminal and commercial matters of business across several industries. He provides expert guidance on tax investigations conducted by Italian authorities, tax and corporate compliance also according to Italian legislative decree 231/2001 on prevention of corporate offences and whistleblowing, tax and commercial litigation.
Massimo serves on various National Bar study and examination committees. He is a regular speaker at conferences and a lecturer care of various sector institutions.
Before joining WH, he ran his own boutique law firm and held external general counsel roles within industrial groups.
