Michela Pace
Michela joined the Litigation team at WH Partners in 2025.
Prior to joining WH Partners, Michela worked as a Junior Lawyer at the Office of the State Advocate, where she assisted in the law revision process in collaboration with the Office of the Law Commission.
During her pupillage with a boutique law firm, Michela gained practical experience across a range of civil law matters, including real estate and cross-border family disputes, while also supporting private clients in relation to residency and citizenship matters.
During a prior traineeship within the compliance sector, Michela also gained experience assisting a compliance team with client due diligence and company incorporation processes, including conducting background checks and regulatory reviews to ensure compliance with applicable legal and anti-money laundering requirements.
She was admitted to the Maltese Bar in July 2025 after obtaining her Master of Advocacy degree from the University of Malta.
