Nicholas Scerri joined WH Partners as a Junior Associate in July 2025.
Nicholas forms part of the Gaming & Fintech department, where he focuses on assisting clients with obtaining CASP licenses and advising crypto-related companies on achieving MiCA compliance ahead of the 2026 deadline.
He holds an LLB from the University of Kent (2023) and is completing a Masters in Globalisation and Law at Maastricht University, with his thesis examining the legal uniformity of the CISG.
