Ottavio Porto is an attorney admitted before the Italian Supreme Court (Corte di Cassazione) and all Higher Courts. He serves as a member of the Board of the Criminal Lawyers’ Association “Alfredo Cantafora” of Catanzaro and as a member of the National Observatory “Science, Trial and Artificial Intelligence” of the Italian Union of Criminal Lawyers (UCPI). He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Academy of Fine Arts of Catanzaro, where he contributes to the institution’s strategic and cultural development.
Ottavio Porto acts as legal counsel to companies operating in the gambling, gaming, and betting industries. In parallel, he assists content creators and digital talents, including those based abroad, by drafting bilingual contracts and managing the protection of image and digital rights. His practice also extends to the legal protection of luxury brands, with specific attention to issues related to communication, copyright, and the development of NFTs and digital artworks. He holds a Law Degree from the University “Magna Graecia” of Catanzaro and earned, with honors, a Second-Level Master’s Degree in “Private Law of Public Administrations” from the same University. He later obtained a second degree in Philosophy, deepening his study of the relationship between law, ethics, and art
