Piergiorgio is a partner in WH Partners’ Rome office. He is a seasoned litigator and commercial lawyer with nearly three decades of experience. His practice spans corporate and commercial matters, intellectual property, sport law, insurance, bankruptcy and insolvency, competition and consumer law.
Piergiorgio focuses his practice on commercial law, rendering advice to companies in several industries such as real estate, sports, energy and environmental, and maritime. He has an extensive experience in dispute resolution and arbitration, encompassing business trademarks and IP rights, unfair competition, corporate, consumer law.
He acts as Judicial Officer for the World Rugby Union (WR), the Italian Rugby Union (FIR) and the Italian Hockey Union (FIH).
Piergiorgio is admitted to practice before the Italian Supreme Court.
