Valentina Ladislao
Valentina is a senior associate in WH Partners Italy Corporate/Commercial team. She is principally a transactional lawyer, focusing her practice on corporate and commercial matters, with a special interest in the pharma, gaming, telecommunications and media industry.
Valentina’s practice is heavily focused on corporate transactions and corporate financing matters as well as cross-border deals involving listed companies and regulated markets.
In addition, she provides routine corporate secretarial services and handles other Italian compliance matters on behalf of various clients.
Valentina attained a law degree at the University of Udine in 2014 and co-chaired the class of European Union, International Law and International Private Law up to 2020.
She was admitted to the Italian bar in 2018 and holds a 2nd degree Master on European Transport and Infrastructures Law and Economics from Universitas Mercatorum.
Prior to joining the WH team as a senior associate, Valentina worked for over 10 years for various top tier Italian law firms and also had a spell as secondee lawyer care of a major Italian public company
